My visit was great everyone was very prompt and professional in moving me from one room to the next. Dr. Shakoor was very cordial, friendly and professional. He put me at ease and I knew immediately that I was in good hands.
After an error, they immediately resolved the problem with no cost to me. They were very accommodating.
Staff were very friendly. My Dr was very knowledgeable. I was shown pictures of my eyes and was given an explanation of what was found during my exam. The office was very clean. Rest rooms were very clean.
Had my eyelids done and decided to get a few more things done. Omgosh Dr Tarbet is an artist. Only 10 days out but pics to follow. I can already see what an amazing job she did and everyone in the office and at the surgery center were so professional, kind and patient. Great experience all around as far as surgery goes. Dr Tarbet called a few times after surgery to check on me. Thank you to all!

I had my first visit with Richens Eye center recently and I am so happy I chose this place. The staff were all exceptional! I really liked Dr. Albernaz. He was very personable, efficient and answered all of my questions. Since I am new to the area, it was hard to decide on a new eye doctor. I can’t tell you how pleased I am! My husband will be scheduling with his an office soon.
Absolutely received the best care from Richens Eye Center. From the time I was greeted , checked in and saw Dr. Richens I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The eye exam I received was thorough and my questions were answered completely. I highly recommend Richens Eyecare Center.
My meeting with Chris to discuss the proposed surgery and options was awesome! Didn’t feel trampled over it forever to do something I didn’t feel comfortable with. Great experience!
