Amazing service very informative , kind, and prompt
Excellent , professional, friendly staff and physicians. I and my late wife have been seeing providers at Richens for 12 years and would not trust anyone else to practice on my eyes.
My experience at Richens Eye Center was very impressive as everyone there was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with me since I am a new patient and they were very thorough with the exam, gathering information and informing me of their plan for my treatment. Do not hesitate to use these guys! I just finished LASIK and I have been super impressed with their whole operation. They are super professional. Every interaction with every employee (worked with at least 10 employees) was professional and they were all so nice and kind. Dr. Richens is amazing! She is super friendly, caring and nice. She was very detailed in explaining everything and put me at ease for something that is kind of a scary thing to do. Their bedside manner and follow up have been great!
