I had cataract surgery with Dr. Richens. I had the light adjustable lenses. These lenses have a process that is detailed. Many follow up visits. . From the front desk, to the technician and the physician. I had excellent care. My outcome with the lenses have been beyond anything I could have expected. My vision is corrected to 20/20. I recommend Dr Richens and her team for your vision concerns.

Ana Assistant is awesome. Very welcoming, helpful and goes over and above the call of Duty. Just as super awesome is Dr Richens. I had my first visit with her and she gave me a definitive diagnosed with full explanation and treatment. My previous opthalmologist whom I’ve been for 10 plus years never bothered to look at the cause of my eye issues causing me to suffer but Dr Richens took the time and care to diagnose and treat the cause. She is the Best.

I always have a pleasant experience at Richens Eye Center from the moment I enter the office. The staff is friendly, engaging and skilled. I always feel at ease during exams and I appreciate the feedback I get throughout the appointment. I have had several appointments with Dr. Richens since moving to Saint George. She is wonderful. My last two annual appointments were with Dr Waggoner. I am so glad that he left the Northwest to join us here in the desert. My eyesight had changed a liitlle bit since my last appointment but perhaps not enough for ne glasses. Dr Waggoner took the time to work with me while I was wearing my current glasses and I was able to determine right away that I would benefit from a new prescription. I am also a big fan of Specs Appeal. Star is very knowledgeable and as you explain what you like and don’t like about your current glass she explains the technology of the lenses and offers alternatives to meet your needs and preferences. She is also brilliant at determining styles of frames that will fit perfectly and look attractive. I love getting educated and finding a perfect pair of glasses without ever leaving my seat. In the past , choosing frames was exhausting and I was never entirely confident with my choice. At Specs Appeal I get the royal treatment and am able to make a choice I feel confident about quickly. It’s great having exams and shopping for glasses in the same building.

Went for 3 month eye exam as follow-up to cataract surgery. Everything went smoothly. Only concern is the amount of time between the tech left the room and the Dr arrived.
