Excellent service and care from doctor Karen and staff on getting me in to receive treatment within hours of contacting them for a emergency appointment.
This was my first visit and Jen did all of my diagnostic work amd made me feel so comfortable and she did a great job explaining everything to me. Dr Karren was very thorough and listened to and addressed my concerns. I’m so happy I chose Richens Eye Center.

I have never ever before received better treatment from any doctor’s office than I did here. I was told that once I was taken from the waiting room to the exam room that it was all about me. They would take as much time as necessary to give me a thorough exam and answer all my questions. I give them an enthusiastic 5 stars.
I just had cataract surgery performed by Dr Richens. She is excellent. Advises you in detail how the surgery is performed & what to expect during surgery & after. I am an RK patient from years back which require the surgery to be delicately done. All went very well! The results are fabulous. My sight is crystal clear & colors are so vibrant. Each post-op I was 20/20! Dr Richens & Dr May were elated. Because of my RK , I am going through a series of light enhancements to better my healing & sight ( although, can’t ask for anything better than 20/20!) You have to wear UV protection during waking hours, inside & outside, while going through the healing & light process, but it is just a slight inconvenience. I must say the surgery center & it’s staff is excellent. The waiting room while prepping you is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Richens Eye Center.
