For over 10 years, I trusted every doctor and staff member at Richens Eye Center! Unfortunately, I am moving out of State, but believe me, it will not be easy to find great physicians and staff like I had with Dr. Richens, Dr. Jones, and all the other staff.Thank you all for 10+ years of exceptional service!

Everyone was very nice and helpful This is my go to eye center the best I have been to

-Richens Eye Center is a very impressive treatment facility . The staff is very friendly, helpful and caring . The care givers do their very best to provide the best possible treatment and their confidence and professionalism are very comforting.

I had no idea my eyesight was so bad until I got it back. Dr Richens loves her job and it shows. She changes lives.

Starting about 3 days ago, I experienced the dreaded shooting stars in my left eye when I’d blink. I thought I’d give it a day or two to correct itself, but it only got worse. Then the next day, it started with the even more dreaded cobweb floaters. I called Richens Eye Center, and they got me in early that same day to see Dr. May. Side note: (I had been a patient of Dr. Richens in 2013, and she performed my Lasix surgery and that has been excellent going on 12 years now and my experience with her and her staff was also 5 Stars.) Dr. May’s staff from the front desk in, to the front desk out, were all very professional and easy to talk to which really helped make my visit more comfortable. Dr. May examined my eye and fortunately for me, it was my vitreous humor (liquid within the eyeball) was a little dry, and again, fortunately it appears to be only a minor problem for now. Dr. May was very professional, had an excellent bedside manner and I left with a great deal of confidence once again, in him and his staff. With my experiences there, I highly recommend them. An easy 5 Starz all day long.

Dr. Jones takes the time to make sure her technicians evaluations are totally correct. She also takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns.

All staff were amazing especially the one that did my intake , she was very professional, gentle and had definitely been trained efficiently. Thank you for ur services
