My doctor was wonderful, the facility is very pleasant and staff considerate and helpful.

Very efficient and prompt. Dr Gibb explained everything regarding my eye problem very well. We were very pleased.

Very professional, and explained everything well so I understood the situation with floaters in one eye; also, because I was concerned about them, they found a way to get me in almost immediately.

Felt very taken care of a lot of attention to detail

I recently went to Richens Eye Center here in Mesquite NV for an eye exam. What a wonderful experience! The people were all very friendly and made sure all of my concerns were met. My eyes are somewhat of a challenge and their knowledge and willingness to answer my questions took away the anxiety I had been feeling. Dr. Jones was wonderful, warm, and friendly. Gio the optician was patient and made sure I was comfortable with the glasses I ended up purchasing. I will definitely be using this office for my future eye needs.

Richens Eye Center (Dr. May) is on time & professional. Super good hand washing / cleaning. Great communication skills. The office staff is top notch. Two surgeries, two procedures & routine annual exams. I’m not a ophthalmologist however I know a good office when I “see” one. Richens Eye Center is a keeper.

I’ve been seeing Dr May for a few years now and he is always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. All the tests needed to monitor my eye problems are always run and he is always very good at explaining the results to me and making sure I understand. He has never tried to make a unilateral decision about how to move forward, but gives me all my options and his suggestions and leaves the end decision up to me. These are the best qualities any doctor could have. I would recommend Shawno May at Richens Eye Center to anyone and everyone looking for a good ophthalmologist.

They do a great job and have a very pleasant atmosphere in the office

EVERYONE was very courteous and concerned with my comfort. I didn’t have to wait very long and the testing went fast and was done very well. The yount man who worked with me was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and then did it and then explained what he had done. He was very professional.
