Have been going to Richens for over 6 years and find them to be excellent. This yearly visit went quicker than normal. I waited 5 min in the waiting room and was done within 30 min! Highly recommend these doctors.
The new facility is top notch and outstanding. The staff are amazing, very kind and compassionate. I just had my cataracts done and I am so happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Southwest Surgery. Dr May and all the nurses and staff. Thank you all for your wonderful care ❤

Beautiful, clean office. Friendly staff, and Dr. Mays seemed thorough and diligent about the health of my eyes. I was able to get an appointment right away for a possible emergency situation. My only recommendation would be to have patients filll out most of the paperwork online ahead of time to speed up the check-in process.
I like most all of my experiences, the doctors the staff, good operation.
