I went in last week for my annual check up. Doctor May and his staff is so friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions and away so that I could understand them.

Dr. Jones was exemplary in performing my exam and thoroughly answering all my questions. Charlie was very knowledge and expertly helped me choose and fit glasses. I will highly recommend Richens Eye Center.

I found the staff to be professional and helpful. They test your eyes for new prescriptions, glacoma and degenerative eye problems and help you pick the right frames. They make sure to get the best deals with your insurance. Store and exam rooms are clean and there is plenty of parking

They were so busy when we got there the office was packed. But they still got us into our appointments very quickly. Another of their offices had had a water problem so they were accommodating those patients in this office. They did a wonderful job coordinating so many staff members and patients. I am very impressed and confident they do all they can to take care of those they treat. They were also very thorough with our eye exams and answered all our questions and more. I will definitely recommend them to m friends and family

The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Richens herself is a gem. I had an issue with my left eye, due to me doing something I wasn’t supposed to do, and she responded immediately and saw me that day… a Saturday. I’m very pleased with my experience and my vision is now PERFECT!
