Academic Bio:
Dr. Waggoner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Utah. He earned his optometry degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis School of Optometry, where his training included an internship at the American Lake Veteran’s Hospital in Tacoma. He can complete your comprehensive eye exam, refractive surgery evaluation, and medical management of ocular disease. Dr. Waggoner lived in Olympia, Washington before moving to St. George, where he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, fishing, photography, and playing the guitar.
