Excellent! Every member of the staff at Richens Eye Center was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I went in for a consultation regarding dry eyes and potential cataract surgery and they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions which gave me tremendous confidence in their skills, top notch equipment and procedures and patient care. I’ve gone to two other eye centers in the St. George area in the past and Richens is my top choice for my eye health.

Dr May is an excellent physician. He takes time with you, thorough kind chairside manner.

After a couple of months for my scheduled appointment it didn’t happen. My appointment was for 1:50p. At 2p I asked at the reception desk how late getting into the inner sanctum would be. Told approx at least 20 minutes. I made the decision to leave. Perhaps the person scheduled about that time would be on time. A nice patient CARE would be advise the waiting patient that there is delay. But, that didn’t happen or a call to recognize that disregard of a patient waiting. I was there ten minutes early. Wonder how 10 minutes late by the patient works out? June 15/26 I can thankfully and gratefully express my appreciation for the care I received. Fortunate, to have received concerned as well as reassuring information regarding the vision problem I was having. Grateful Patient for positive care! Again, the patient and interest was outstanding. My follow up appointment wasn’t a how you doing it was in-depth examination to make sure I was ok. Question answered clearly, with care.
