Over the past several years, I’ve visited both Richens Eye Center locations in St. George and Mesquite. Their staff are consistently well trained, especially the doctor’s assistants, who always help me feel at ease with each procedure through their courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Taylor, the receptionist at the Mesquite office, truly stands out with her wonderful personality, strong knowledge, and impressive memory for patients. My sincere thanks to Dr. Richens and the entire team for the excellent care you provide.

I always have a good experience when I come in to see Dr. Albernaz. The only thing I would say would be the wait time ! From my appointed time. Until his assistant comes out to get me to test. Also sitting in the room after the testing, for 20 minutes. Until I see the doctor. Other than that, I like Dr. Albernaz I think he’s excellent. gets right to the point and honest, I like that. 😄

I love Richens Eye Center. They are thorough and fast. My appointment was 1 hour and I was out the door. I went downstairs with my prescription to pick out some new glasses. The price was reasonable and I am excited to get them. They are very good at what they do!!

All the staff was so incredible, they got me in last minute and were very helpful. Dr. Albernaz was so kind would highly recommend for any eye issues.

They make me fill confident in the decisions of what directions are needed and those that may be able to wait. They do a great job.

I don’t usually take time to write reviews unless something went wrong but this time I had to for the better. My aunt and I were visiting St. George when she broke her glasses (not the first time, and definitely won’t be the last). We stopped by Richens Optical, and Leilani fixed them. She really went above and beyond too. My aunt has some verbal challenges and can have a hard time explaining what she needs, but Leilani was so patient. She didn’t rush her or anything. she actually took the time to listen and understand her. After fixing the glasses, she even sat down with my aunt to make sure they fit comfortably. Super professional, incredibly kind. easily a 5-star experience.
