My 5 year old has juvenile arthritis – so we go to Richens Eye Center every quarter for a uveitis check. We live in a retirement town – but you’d never guess it the way these eye specialists get on my daughter’s level. They are so kind to her – and spoil her like crazy. She loves going to Richens – and gets excited when I tell her that’s the doctor we are seeing. Dr. Jones is very professional, but comforting, and the entire staff is incredibly kind. We started with Richens because they have special equipment for uveitis checks, but now my entire family sees them just because they are awesome! Edit: After working with Dr. Jones for 3 years, she has retired. We met our new optometrist today, Dr. Wagner, and honestly my impression of him was wonderful. He explained somethings to me about my daughter’s diseases that I had never heard – and I was so grateful! Richens consistently hires professional experts. Love everyone in the clinic!
Nancy is a great technician and very friendly and on top of things. She makes the light treatments easy to take and is very concerned about my comfort and knowledge of the procedures. Thanks!

I just called Richens Eye Center to discuss and bill and our insurance plan, and I spoke to Kami. She was so friendly and helpful I had to jump on and write this review. It seems like great customer service is harder and harder to come by. Kami explained everything to me in full detail, and took extra time to review our past appointments. I could tell she cared and was genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. Dealing with insurance and billing has to be a frustrating job, yet she was patient and kind. I would highly recommend Richens. Thank you Kami!

Been going to Sharon Richens for the last 20 years. She’s the best! Patient concern, listens very knowledgeable- the best. I have many eye issues and totally trust her care. Good staff especially Bonnie and clean facility. Had to have cosmetic eye surgery due to my age and Dr Kristen Tarbot cosmetic surgeon is the best!! Aprile B
