Doctor Richens and her staff all appear to be very competent and professional.

I think that Dr. Richins is an exceptional doctor. For that reason, I am willing to wait sometimes a lot of time for her to see me. I try to get the first appointment in the morning if I can. Also, you have to make your appointments way in advance because she is very popular.

Dr Richens and her staff were very thorough and wonderful. Addressed all of my complaints and was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to feel confident with my eyesight.

Dr. Alternatively, is very good, he found another problem that I can have with my eyes, he decided to do a test at their main office, a test that could not be done at their branch office. I am thankful that he would take the time and send me to the main office to do the test, he did find a new problem, which I am glad he found the problem and not happy that he.
