There has been a vast improvement in reduction of waiting time. The young lady that was there to check us in was very personable and a joy to speak with. This also includes those that were in the exam rooms. Dr. May knows what he is doing. He instills confidence.
I have a very busy work schedule that is also very unpredictable. Richens eye center has been so amazingly accommodating. They have opened their schedule beyond their usual times to “work me in”. Then when I get there they are always warm and helpful and so professional. I highly recommend these consummate professionals for your eye care!
My appointment was a routine recheck up following cataract surgery I saw Dr. May and a couple of the medical assistants. They were, for me, typically professional and thorough and very friendly and interactive. And that is how they have been on every visit I have had at Richens eye Center. Richen’s Eye Center is a world class center with only the best doctors, nurses and technicians. They are up to the minute on new technologies and proven techniques. What you thought or were told by other providers about your vision may or may not be the best information. When it comes to your eyes and your eyesight, only the best is good enough.
Dr Waggoner diagnosed my presenting problem and took action to correct it. He was friendly, professional and thorough.
