I got corneal cross linking on both eyes from Dr. Richens and it was a wonderful experience. She kept me in the know at all times and explained the procedure so well. I felt like I was in good hands with all the staff and during the surgeries. They are all so amazing!
Richens Eye Center is very inviting, with professional, courteous staff! As a patient of another well known eye center in StG and Mesquite, Richens is by far one of the better ones. You won’t be disappointed!
Very through
There has been a vast improvement in reduction of waiting time. The young lady that was there to check us in was very personable and a joy to speak with. This also includes those that were in the exam rooms. Dr. May knows what he is doing. He instills confidence.
Dr. Richens did an amazing job with my sister who has special needs. She was gentle and patient and everyone who works with Dr. Richens also were very kind and very patient with us. My sister is not the easiest to work with especially with her disabilities, but everyone at the Richens Eye Center made her feel special and loved. Dr. Richens was able to help my sisters eyes feel better. I am so grateful for their service.
I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of my cataract surgery, and with the excellent care provided by all of the technical and professional staff.
Always a genuine pleasure to be enthusiastically welcomed by Charlee, upon entering the Mesquite office, where Lorena, so patiently, professionally, courteously, and thoroughly examines the eyes, in a friendly and sweet/kind manner. Most importantly, Dr. Brenda Jones, gives me the greatest confidence that her calm and most capably calm hands/eyes will unquestionably provide the best possible outcome/service imaginable, anywhere in the world, but, fortunately, she’s right here, in Mesquite, NV. Cannot fail to mention that upon exiting the examination process, Shannon, appropriately assists in the selection of new frames/glasses, and finally, payment/insurance matters.
