Great service, expertise.

I had cataract surgery at Richens Eye Center a few weeks ago (might I add I was more than a little trepidatious at the idea of someone operating on my eyes) and CANNOT express my gratitude enough. From the care and attention of the staff to the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Richens, nothing could have gone better or more seamless. I feel absolute appreciation for the experience and the sincerely incredible results. Speaking of RESULTS…about 7 days after my second eye surgery I was working in my home office, completely perplexed. I couldn’t, for the life of me, figure out what new operating system had been downloaded onto all my computers. The colors, images, fonts, were so bright and clear, completely sharp, vibrant like never before. I could see and read everything with ease, no squinting, no struggle. I was enamored by this NEW ‘program’. I then spent well over an hour trying to identify what could have happened, where this could have come from, before I finally realized…IT WAS MY NEW AND IMPROVED VISION!!! Needless to say it was an emotional ride of seeing through my literal NEW LENSES. Even through the onslaught of tears, I recognized this brilliant new perspective. Everywhere I looked seemed brighter, more alive, with improved color, outlines, fine details, it was like I was seeing for the very first time. I really cannot say THANK YOU enough, I honestly didn’t realize this was possible. Now I am asking myself “why did I wait so long?”. I will forever be a total DR. SHARON RICHENS fan! She has my full loyalty and trust. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone I know (hopefully you as well) for their eye care needs.

Overwhelming! No two hour wait plus an additional hour for all the test gadgetry to be administered. Everyone in the building seemed to exhibit a happy, friendly interaction. I stayed with brand x for over 30 years, my bad.

The staff and doctors are very professional, caring and very efficient from the time they notify you of your appointment until you are finished with the doctors. Both my wife and I go here

I love Sharon Riches and have interper with me very important to communication what doctor says and take good care of my eyes in future, she’s hard of hearing too!

Absolutely ecstatic about my experience. Of course, I got what I paid for in my Lasik (now I can see!). But I am leaving the review for how amazing the office is and how well it is ran. YES, I did have to wait quite some time for some of my appointments. However, the kindness – care – and human touch that everyone expresses was the best service I’ve ever had at any medical office. Not only did they push up my Lasik app so I could beat a scheduling conflict. They also squeezed me into an early appointment when I showed up a day early! Dr. Richens was also fantastic and a got to hold a fuzzy stuffed animal during surgery

Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing. They take care of your needs and are all very friendly and professional. I’m always very happy with their service. Very happy they have an office in Mesquite NV

Nice selection of frames. The ladies were very helpful with helping me choose glasses. I wound up going back for sunglasses too! Thank ypu for the great service and fun glasses!

I always have a good experience when I come in to see Dr. May. The only thing I would say would be the wait time ! From my appointed time. Until his assistant comes out to get me to test. Also sitting in the room after the testing, for 20 minutes. Until I see the doctor. Other than that, I like Dr. May, I think he’s excellent. gets right to the point and honest, I like that. 😄
