Very good attention and explanation.

I am in town for a week. Less than a day before coming, I was wearing my prescription dark glasses but was blinded by glare while ending a 3 mile walk near my house. And I stumbled right off the equivalent of a curb, falling flat on my front and bashing everything, including my glasses. The lens kept popping out. I stopped in, unannounced, and the optical tech set the frame back into shape, remounted the lens and got it tightened back down. They said it was free, no charge! Super friendly and cordial staff! Definitely recommend checking them our for your vision needs.

I missed my appointment time but the staff worked me in with little delay. The technician was competent and the optometrist finished the exam promptly. He had several suggestions for solving my problems.

Dr. Sharon Richens is an excellent physician as well as an Ophthalmologist whom I respect very much.

EVERYONE was very courteous and concerned with my comfort. I didn’t have to wait very long and the testing went fast and was done very well. The yount man who worked with me was very courteous and explained what he was going to do and then did it and then explained what he had done. He was very professional.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
