I was very satisfied with Dr. Wagner and his staff, they are very professional and thorough. I saw Dr. Wagner to confirm some issues with my eyes, he not only confirmed the previous diagnosis, but his determinations are more serious than the previous diagnosis . I believe his observations to be more objective/precise and more likely applicable to my current vision issues! I would especially recommend seeing Dr. Wagner if you have vision issues and you are not certain that your current diagnosis and treatment are personally appropriate for you! (A second opinion never hurts). I have also heard good compliments concerning standard optical testing and most importantly explanations in layman’s terms in response to your questions!

I cannot say enough good things about the main facility on W. 200 N in St. George! If having multiple tests done, do plan on a 2-3 hr appointment. That said, have confidence you are in excellent hands every step of the way! I’ve been to this facility multiple times and consistently felt welcomed, my opinion valued and respected and well-taken care of the whole time. This last visit, Trevor helped me get my medical record corrected and was very gracious. Addie, the technician was so patient, knowledgeable (despite her being fairly new) and simply phenomenal to work with – thank you! It was my first time working with Dr. Wagner (as Dr. May is now mostly retired) and I couldn’t have been happier for the care he took and how he put me at ease, answering my questions and clearly having skilled insight of his own. His assistant/scribe, Bailey, was the sweetest and ensured I had everything well-documented and everything I needed before leaving. Even the checkout ladies were a hoot and so wonderful! Thank you all for a fabulous experience!

Friendly staff, clean and modern looking facility, doctor took time to explain the results. Have gone to both Sunset and St. George offices. Highly recommend Dr. Richens Eye Center!
