A very thorough appointment today learned some new information about dry eyes and I’m happy that Dr. A explained everything to me
I arrived for my appointment, checked and with in minutes I was called back to start the exam. The staff was great. The Dr Karren was excellent. He explained in detail my options on several different things. I was in and out in less then an hour for a full eye exam.
I am not the easiest to test and I appreciate Richens for helpingi agree I am also difficult to test me out!

The office staff is awesome! Someone in the waiting room was feeling faint and the receptionist went out of his way to offer water and snacks. Thank you so much for caring! Oh and my first time patient Mom reports that her injections for mac degen were painless, even the deadening shots.

My wife and I have been a patient of Dr Richens for more than 18 years. We moved from the St George area 10 years ago to Utah County, but continue to travel down to her office. We love her and her staff for their compassionate service and expertise. They are the best!
