very professional staff and doctor

Everyone at Richens Eye Center are so great. Their attention to detail is incredible. I met Dr. Tarbet on my last visit. She was so caring put me at ease with eye lid situation. Thank You Dr. Tarbet and all of the amazing staff.

Primarily because of its great employees from the Sharon, the surgeon to Dr. Albernaz, the optometrist and Nancy Leonard, the optometrist tech Besides being highly skilled and professional — They are all very personable and concerned about my eyes I highly recommend Richens Eye

I went to Richens downtown office for the first time with no expectations. The appointment went very well. I was so impressed with the professionalism, competence, and friendliness with the assistant, Esmeralda! I could tell she knew what she was doing as she took me through all of the different eye testing procedures. The whole experience with her was smooth and informative. I believe in giving shout outs where they are deserved as this type of professionalism (particularly for someone her young age) sadly, is not necessarily the norm anymore! Following her, my appointment continued just as positive with Dr Luca Albernaz; very knowledgeable and professional! Answered all of my questions and explained the process as he went along. He also went out of his way to help me get accurate trial contact lenses. In addition to all of this, I was impressed with the energy of the office staff working together in an enjoyable way. I definitely recommend Richens Eye Center!

Dr. Wagner is very reassuring, easy to talk to, takes time to explain all questions. I have seen him both in Mesquite and in St George

The first you see walking into a Drs office is reception. It was organized, clean and the receptionist was friendly and professional. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. The surgeon was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail and how he does the surgery. He took all the time I needed for questions. I felt very comfortable with him. Especially since he’s going to do surgery on my eye.
