Dr. Richens was so great. Everything from consultations to the LASIK procedure to the follow up was great and ran smoothly. They really know the importance of patient teaching to ease any stress or anxiety related to their procedures. All of the staff that I dealt with was so nice and kind and ran like a well oiled machine! That’s what it takes to be a great team! And they are!
I enjoyed my experience at Richens. The tech’s were thorough and professional and fun to be with. My 14 year old daughter was treated with the same respect. The doctor treated us warmly and answered all our questions and never seemed in a rush to get to the next patient. I absolutely recommend them.

I’ve Always Loved this place and had Good, Positive experiences every time I’ve gone here for an appointment…(from when I first went to Dr. Richins the very beginning of 2007. 😊
