More comprehensive and thorough than what I am hearing from those who went to other businesses. I am experiencing none of the complaints I am hearing from those who did not go to Richens Eye Center, or the horror stories. Also to be commended is Coral Desert Surgery personnel.

My appointment at Richens Eye Center went great. When checking in Iwas greeted warmly. The staff are always ready to help and make your appointment a comfortable experience. They are always kind and willing to help. They are trained very well. Dr Richens is so wonderful. She cares about you as a person besides taking the best care possible of your eyes. Very friendly and knowledgeable
My two year old is far sighted and crossed eyed. Took him to richens and after seeing him they set up a plan to fix his eyes. We saw Dr. Elliot who is amazing with kids and so understanding. He decided that he need to do surgery on both his eyes and even though it took longer then we thought to get the surgery done they continued to work with me. They answered all my questions and made sure i was well informed. The staff is friendly and nice and remembered me and my family. I just love this place and would recommend richens eye center to everyone I know!!
