Richens eye center was overall an amazing experience for me. The staff were so friendly and very personable! I Ioved that we could even joke with each other. Dr Richens was so professional and kind! I always felt taken care of by her! Kind and generous are just a few words to describe her. I felt that anytime I had a question or concern, someone was always available to help me. From consult, to pre surgery, to surgery, and after surgery care….I have felt confident with all who have worked with me! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Doctor Ritchens is a very good eye doctor. We meet with her every 5 weeks. She is always up to date on the newest procedures​ and is willing to take the the time to explain what she is doing. Have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see her. She is truly a miracle worker. Thanks again doctor for all you do.

Yesterday, I had a routine eye exam with the Richens Eye Center, my first experience with them. I was very impressed with the treatment that I received both from the technicians and the doctor. I also felt that it was the most thorough eye exam that I had ever had. Although I forgot to take my most recent prescription eyeglasses with me. I was told that if I would bring them in at another time that they would be happy to compare them to the exam results to see if I needed a new pair of glasses. I returned today with my glasses and the technician gladly made the comparison for me (even though she was just starting her lunch break). How gracious and kind of her to help me. She then broke the good news to me: I didn’t need a new pair of glasses! I gladly give the Richens Eye Center 5 stars for their excellent eye care and wonderful customer service.

The doctors and staff are awesome! They take the time to explain and answer questions. We love everyone at Richens Eye Center!

I see dr. May and he is a sweet guy and very thorough and explains everything to were you understand what’s going on with your vision. Also the office is very welcoming, clean, and relaxing.

These people are so wonderful with children. I am amazed at how caring and nice they are. Their building is clean, professional, and very nice. I recommend coming here, especially if you have children. The assistant gave both of my daughters rocket ship rides in the big chair. (Up, down, back and forth) they made it into space. 🙂 My daughters have never had this much fun at a doctors office. I am more than pleased with our visit. Best eye center around.
