I had a very good experience with Dr. May at the Richens eye center. He was very thorough and so was his staff. In fact, Dr. May came in on his day off over Christmas to check my eyes because I had an infection. I was very impressed with him and will continue to see him as my eye doctor.

Dr. Jones was direct, efficient, and thorough; she and the staff made my eye examination experience a pleasure. I felt well cared for.

Always a good experience to come here , these guys are amazing and take the time to explain. Everything I'm very thankful for the years they have taken care of my sons eyes, doctor Elliot is the best .

Warm, Professional environment, knowledgeable technician and staff. This is an open, relaxed environment that makes some of the uncomfortable realities of eye care much easier to look forward to.

My wife went in to see if she could get an updated prescription and because she had been having dry/sore eyes. The doctor told her to buy eye drops and make another appointment for one week later. We got our bill in the mail and paid it, and at the 2nd appointment the doctor told her to buy a different type of eye drop and make a 3rd appointment for one week later. We paid our bill from the 2nd appointment. At the 3rd appointment, the doctor again suggested my wife buy another brand of eye drops and some pills and to schedule a 4th appointment one week later. This place is more than happy to put you on an endless treadmill so they can keep throwing bills at you and never properly diagnose or treat an issue. We decided to stop going to this doctor. Overall it was a pretty poor experience from a healthcare professional.
