I have worked with richens Eye Center for 10 years always paid mon time and had a reasonably good experience. That all changed with Cataract Surgery. I paid $3,400 for the surgery and lens, and another $200 for eye drops. Then I paid the Southwest Surgery Center $370 X 2 (for each eye) for what I thought was the copay for surgery suite. However, they have billed an additional $380, stating the first amount was for the lens, and the second amount was for the copay. Then after doing business for 10 years sent my bill to collections after 60 days for the $380 X 2 = $760. There are charges on top of charges and this was a surprise billing for me. I will never go back. There are too many good eye Doctors in St George to be treated like that.

Yah, great place, clean, nice doc, generous with samples, I just would have liked to experience a little more people skills from the technician who gave me an eye exam and tested my vision. A little more understanding & accommodating in going slower during the test and also voice inflection was interesting, I like it when there’s humor, a little chit chat…just a tad bit, also I think it’s real important when one introduces themselves so I know their name, and kinda lays out a road map of what’s going to happen during our visit. Alex was awesome! Thanks for the print out, listening to what I said, and taking action to accommodate and make me feel like I was important.

The staff and doctors are very professional, caring and very efficient from the time they notify you of your appointment until you are finished with the doctors. Both my wife and I go here

Absolutely ecstatic about my experience. Of course, I got what I paid for in my Lasik (now I can see!). But I am leaving the review for how amazing the office is and how well it is ran. YES, I did have to wait quite some time for some of my appointments. However, the kindness - care - and human touch that everyone expresses was the best service I’ve ever had at any medical office. Not only did they push up my Lasik app so I could beat a scheduling conflict. They also squeezed me into an early appointment when I showed up a day early! Dr. Richens was also fantastic and a got to hold a fuzzy stuffed animal during surgery

Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing. They take care of your needs and are all very friendly and professional. I'm always very happy with their service. Very happy they have an office in Mesquite NV

Nice selection of frames. The ladies were very helpful with helping me choose glasses. I wound up going back for sunglasses too! Thank ypu for the great service and fun glasses!
