The.tech was terrific At the Richens office downtown.they wear matching scrubs. They didn't have same dress code at Sunset

After 3 vists of her bending my expensive frames thinking I would see better and then advise going for an exam recheck which still isn’t right I will have to go somewhere and spend more money to get it right

The staff at Richens are friendly, courteous and professional. When things suddenly changed with my vision they got me in same day. Lisa the Technician and Dr. May took the matter very seriously and performed a thorough examination. They carefully explained what was and wasn't happening with my eye. Richens is now our family eye care provider for our precious vision. Thank you very much!
