I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Richens. She was everything one could hope for in a medical professional: attentive, thorough, professional, and a very skilled communicator. She took the time to listen and diagnose in a way that gave me confidence.

I had trouble with their phone system in the past, but the new set up and message is great! Been seeing Dr. Gibb for years, and he is excellent

MY husband and I have been patients at Richens for over 13 years. We have always been very pleased.Whe the carpets in the rooms are worn and dirty we gave it a pass because we really liked our dr. (He is no longer with them) Today's experience was HORRIBLE! THE "welcoming" receptionist was drenched in perfume. Which is a trigger for my migraine headaches. We brought this up with the manager and her attitude was anything but compassionate instead she RATHER RUDLY BLUTRED OUT..."WE WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! NO MORE RICHENS!!!

I gave it one star to state a review. I wouldn’t have give them any. Not a good experience I had with them.
