Always professional and thorough

Doctor May and crew are the best in the business. I went in and my left eye was worse than 20/100 (I could barely see the giant E on the eye test) After Lasik with Dr May, I was 20/15 in the left eye and 20/20 in the right eye (was 20/40 prior). Recovery took basically no time at all, two days after surgery I played golf and was able to actually see the golf ball land for the first time in many years if not ever. Look at the cost of Lasik as a lifetime investment and not a painful expense. The surgery process is virtually painless and if you feel anything then just ask for more eye drops during surgery and they'll hook you up. Having perfect vision is LIFE CHANGING!

I just wasted my lunch hour trying to find the Mesquite office. Web site address is wrong. The Eye Med insurance site showed a different address on the other end of town - also wrong. Someone needs to update their information so that customers don't waste their time trying to find them. I was on my way to buy 3 pairs of glasses. They have lost my business even if they get their office re-opened here in Mesquite.

Below average. The robotic admin staff can’t or won’t choose people over arbitrary process. This organization is not designed to serve you as a patient so expect zero recourse if Richens makes a mistake. Still two stars because the actual doctor I had was not bad.

I have been using Richens for my eye care for about ten years now and am very happy with everything about the experience...their professionalism, their personal care, making sure I feel absolutely comfortable to ask any and all questions, giving me the information I need to feel great about my eyes. Simply delighted. thank you. plus, it's fun. on my last visit when I expressed interest in the tools they use, the technician showed me how many lenses are actually in it. Very cool.
