Very thorough, professional service. I am from Chicago and I ought to know!!!

I’m not one to ever leave a bad review. I took my father in for his first appointment because his vision is terrible and by the end of the appointment we were told that maybe it’ll be best to go elsewhere. It wasn’t so much what they said but how they said it. When I say they I mean they had someone come into the office to explain to us that it’ll be best to go elsewhere. As a caretaker and because my father is older I wanted to make sure to cover any concerns we both had and I feel because we asked questions they were bugged. I can’t tell you how sad I was to walk out of that office with my father. I’m so sorry to say that I would not recommend this office.

What a great experience I just had with Lasik laser eye surgery at Richens Eye Center. The staff was great to work with and Dr Richens did an amazing job...Wished I had done the procedure a long time ago. Professional treatment all the way. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking about the procedure to stop thinking and get it done.

The staff is friendly and patient. They will explain what they are doing when asked.
