Make me feel comfortable. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall I was impressed by the staff during my first couple of appointments, but when I came for my dilation I was extremely disappointed. The woman who checked us in was extremely rude, and charged me $120.00 for appointments that had been rescheduled, but she argued and said they were canceled. Then proceeded to give excuses that made no sense as to where the fees were coming from. Was extremely unimpressed with how rude she was, and how she treated customers. Considering finding another place to have my Lasik surgery.

The staff was incredibly friendly, perfessional and personable. Dr Gibb was great and everyone communicated well. The post exam sunglasses were also amazing!!!

Dr Richens fixed my cataracts, or removed them. I don't have to wear glasses any more.

Sharon Richens personally atends to my ARMD. I have total confidence in her and her staff.

Best eye center I know of

always pleasant, always professional and always ready and willing to answer all my questions. The staff works as a team so you never feel like there is tension in the office as can be the case.
