My appointment at Richens Eye Center went great. When checking in Iwas greeted warmly. The staff are always ready to help and make your appointment a comfortable experience. They are always kind and willing to help. They are trained very well. Dr Richens is so wonderful. She cares about you as a person besides taking the best care possible of your eyes. I have been seeing her for years and would recommend the Richens Eye Center to my family and friends. Thank you Richens Eye Center for the many years of excellent care and treatment of my eyes!

Totally agree with prior reviews about billing and rudeness. Went in for "Free" exam to see if I could have lasik. Billed for the entire amount of service. When I called they realized they made a mistake with my insurance and told me to disregard the bill. 6 months later I get a bill for $42. They were indifferent and could care less about helping me or explaining what their definition of FREE is. Stay away from this place, it's a racket.
