I am so thankful for Dr Gibb and everyone at Richens. The care they have provided for me is great. I have eye issues that previous eye doctors just were not able to fully help with. The first appt I had with Dr Gibb he immediately knew what actions to take. I can't say enough how grateful I am. Even when I have an emergency they are always able to work me in. Richens is always the place I refer people to. Thank you again for the exceptional care you provide.

My GP doctor referred me to this clinic because I was experiencing optical migraines. During the exam, the doctor checked my vision and wrote it in his system. When I asked for a copy, he said the prescription would be at their clinic whenever I needed it. Two months later, I fell and broke my glasses while on vacation before Christmas. I called their office on Wednesday, December 23rd morning when I returned to St.George and requested a copy of my prescription to order new glasses. The receptionist said they had the prescription and I could come by anytime to get a copy. When I got to their office that afternoon, their office was closed for Christmas. Their "voice jail" system said to touch #6 for help since their office was closed. I did and no one was there. I wrote an email asking for help but they have yet to respond. So, I had to wait until the next Tuesday when they re-opened. The secretary said she did not have the prescription on file. I explained the situation and she went into a back office and returned with the prescription. Then, she said I owed $35 for the copy. I was under the impression that the cost of the exam by the doctor covered the prescription. Patient services are not professional at Riches Eye Center. I will not be returning. I don't think they care. And, I have notified my GP doctor of the unprofessional services I received and suggested he not refer others to them..

This DR's office claims to have Ophthalmologist's on staff, I wouldn't know, having never seen one. Went there for an emergency eye exam expecting to see a Ophthalmologist. Instead, after more than a few questions by me, I was told by "the Administrator" that I'd be seeing a "trained" tech. This tech was very good but not an MD. After 2 hours and all kinds of tests, he, the tech, said I had a broken blood vessel and I was seeing the shadow of the blood that had leaked into my eye. No detacted retina, no problem with my IOL. But because he was not an MD, I had to come back and see a retinal specialist. The charge for the visit was $145.00. With $75.00 more due the next day, provided the specialist just confirmed the techs opinion. Needless to say, the next day didn't go well. After making me wait another 45 mins., I saw a different tech who once again I had to explain what was going on with my eye. She dilated that eye and sent me to another waiting room. While there the "administrator" noticed I was back and when I questioned him again about not seeing a Ophthalmologist the first time, he straight out lied and said I'd been given that choice and declined. He also said I'd been rude to his staff. I guess you can't ask questions without being rude! This office bulldog was very rude saying they no longer would provide any further services to me. I left. Bottom line, your stupid, they're smart, don't ask questions. Good Luck.

. My wife has RP and had a 3:00 appointment today, after a period of time she was called in...........sat in the room and finally came out into waiting room to tell my husband I have not seen a doctor yet, this was 5:00 PM......He told me to be patient, at 5:30 the receptionists turned off the phones, turned off the TV , fixed the magazines, fixed up the kids area. I am thinking, is everyone going home?? Then the 2 girls walk in with their cleaning supplies (the cleaning crew) finally a girl walks up to me and asks if I am waiting for someone ( like yeah, my wife) she takes me to her room and there she sits waiting, now it is 5:50 PM........I wait with her in the room til 6:00 and finally walk out and look for someone to question. I finally find a lady, rag on her about the 3 hour wait in the office and leave.......do not think I will be back, no one gave us an explanation why it took so long!!!! I waited less time at Dixie Regional for my wife in post op. This afternoon was a total waste of our time with no results!!!!!!!!!
