Awsome staff. However you have to wait FOREVER to see anybody. When you have little kids its not fun to wait over an hour just to get a check up done.

These guys are ruthless. Quick to charge an insane $99 late fee and send you to collections. The collection agency is far kinder and helpful. When collections does a better job than you, you know you're doing something wrong. Thanks for sticking me a late fee that's almost pricier than an actual visit.

Very Good People Reside Here

One star is being too kind. Dr. Richens is only interested in making money. Both my parents are patients here, and get treated poorly. There's always an unacceptable wait time. People have complained every time I've been there. Worst was scheduling my father for another surgery, telling him to be there at 5 pm, then being so far behind because she overbooked to maximize profit, and ended up performing his surgery around midnight. No wonder he still cannot see. Greedy quack!! Reply to your reply- If you cannot figure out who the patient is by my mentioning he had to wait around until midnight for his surgery, then it must be common for you to be 7-8 hours behind schedule. Wow!

Very friendly and knowledgeable

My two year old is far sighted and crossed eyed. Took him to richens and after seeing him they set up a plan to fix his eyes. We saw Dr. Elliot who is amazing with kids and so understanding. He decided that he need to do surgery on both his eyes and even though it took longer then we thought to get the surgery done they continued to work with me. They answered all my questions and made sure i was well informed. The staff is friendly and nice and remembered me and my family. I just love this place and would recommend richens eye center to everyone I know!!
