They helped me to see for the first time

I feel like I got lost. I had a exam with dr. richens where she found something in my right eye, that prompted her to refer me for a carotid artery study. I had this done 7 days ago. yesterday I contacted her office for results. lauren said they didn't have them but she would get them and contact me before the end of the day.its now 2:30 the following day.still no results.. not a very nice way to treat a patient. make me chase them for the results.. bad bad bad sincerely jim lloyd

I have worn contact lenses and glasses for over 30 years and both of my eyes were near sighted along with having bad astigmatisms. I decided to be tested for FREE at Richens Eye Center to see if I was even a candidate for Lasik Eye Surgery. I found out I was and then had the opportunity to receive Lasik Eye Surgery from Dr. Sharon Richens at Richens Eye Center. I had Lasik Eye Surgery on a Wednesday and played in a basketball tournament that Friday (less then 48 hours later!) with PERFECT vision! My eye sight has been perfect ever since. I have no idea why I waited so long to have this done because it has changed my life in so many positive ways. Being very active from wake boarding to snowboarding to playing/coaching sports with my 3 kids, Lasik Eye Surgery has made my life much more enjoyable in so many ways. My kids like that they can finally splash water in my face in the pool 🙂 and I like the ease of never having to mess with contacts or glasses EVER. I even enjoy the simple pleasure of seeing the time on my alarm clock at night. Dr. Sharon Richens' is an amazingly talented eye surgeon and a great person overall. Valerie Parkinson,their surgical coordinator was honest, to the point and gave me all the answers I needed to all my questions. I left feeling well educated on my vision and surgical procedure options. Their facility is top of the line...and I've only been to a free consult! Thank you Richen's for a good experience.
