They spent a lot of time with me since I am a new patient and they were very thorough with the exam, gathering information and informing me of their plan for my treatment. Everything about Richins Eye Center was wonderful and professional. Many staff members were helpful and had many years experience. I loved the reminders over the phone. If I needed to call with questions they immediately got me to the person that could help the most. I highly recommend Richins Eye Center for all your vision needs.

Do not hesitate to use these guys! I just finished LASIK and I have been super impressed with their whole operation. They are super professional. Every interaction with every employee (worked with at least 10 employees) was professional and they were all so nice and kind. Dr. Richens is amazing! She is super friendly, caring and nice. She was very detailed in explaining everything and put me at ease for something that is kind of a scary thing to do. Their bedside manner and follow up have been great!
