After a couple of months for my scheduled appointment it didn’t happen. My appointment was for 1:50p. At 2p I asked at the reception desk how late getting into the inner sanctum would be. Told approx at least 20 minutes. I made the decision to leave. Perhaps the person scheduled about that time would be on time. A nice patient CARE would be advise the waiting patient that there is delay. But, that didn’t happen or a call to recognize that disregard of a patient waiting. I was there ten minutes early. Wonder how 10 minutes late by the patient works out?

Richens eye center is a very good place to help you with your vision. I’ve always had very good professional service there. Dr Richen's and Dr Shakoor are excellent and I highly recommend them.

I really like Richens Eye. They have ophthalmologist and my prep for cataract has been good.

This was my first visit to Richens Eye Center. I was impressed by the team's friendliness and professionalism. I appreciated Dr Richens taking the time to review and discuss my eye exam, she was amazing.
