Dr. May did my refraction and did a fantastic job. All of the staff at RICHARDS are very courteous and respectful. I am going to have my cataracts removed soon and I would trust no one other than Dr. Sharon Richens to perform my surgery. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.

Do not hesitate to use these guys! I just finished LASIK and I have been super impressed with their whole operation. They are super professional. Every interaction with every employee (worked with at least 10 employees) was professional and they were all so nice and kind. Dr. Richens is amazing! She is super friendly, caring and nice. She was very detailed in explaining everything and put me at ease for something that is kind of a scary thing to do. Their bedside manner and follow up have been great!

I am giving Dr. Richens five stars because of who she is… A person who loves her work and loves people and goes the extra mile to help in anyway she can to improve your life through her business of helping people see clearer…You can feel the energy when she comes into the room everything changes to make you smile even though you’re going through some eye corrections! To be honest you have to know that you may have to wait a MUCH longer time so bring a good book and if you don’t want to wait to enjoy the experience of working with someone who truly loves people and loves her work and does a really good job then go someplace else where they are not so popular and you only have to wait a few minutes!!! I’ve had to wait sometimes A LONG (once 2hours!) time but I will be back anytime I need help with my eyes & be HAPPY to wait! If waiting bothers you please go somewhere else So I don’t have to feel negative energy in the waiting room because her staff and her are happy people with amazing skills & cutting edge Technology in eye care!
