What a great doctor and staff. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional. They took time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. Doctor Jones reviewed all the notes from my 3PD Neuro Ophthalmologist and was keenly aware of my medical condition BEFORE she came into the room: in other words, she took time to research and understand my condition before hand. Doctor Jones is very friendly and she took her time with me and explained everything she was doing and what she was seeing. She patiently answered all of my questions. I should have found this office a long time ago.

Dr Tarbet explained my test results and the procedure I will be having in great detail. She answered my questions and put me at ease. She has a great deal of experience, and I am very comfortable with her as a surgeon. She and the rest of the Richens staff are wonderful to work with. I was able to get appointments relatively easy even though this is a very busy clinic.

For the amount of people who were waiting in the waiting room I was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got me through my appointment. Had my cataracts removed by Richins,. I would never change that it’s wonderful.

Richens Eye Center also has an office in Mesquite, Nevada. Dr. Brenda Jones and the staff at Mesquite are friendly, efficient, and professional. I have glaucoma and Dr. Jones has recommended a cold laser procedure to improve the health of my eyes and could eliminate the need for my glaucoma eye drops. Scheduling has been easy and wait times have been short for me.

A very professional and clean practice. Personnel, from clerks, technicians and doctors are very efficient and friendly. They inspire confidence and trust.
