Excellent customer service!

Great Clinic. Dr Richens is very thorough and shares all the outcomes and possibilities with me. I will soon experience her surgery. I have heard very good things. If you are looking for eye care with exactness, experience and kindness, this is perfect for you.

I needed a second opinion/consult on some eye issues. My neighbor recommended Richens My visit was beyond expectations. They were through, professional, and courteous. My concerns were addressed directly and with concern. I will using and recommending Richens in the future.

Dr. Jones will be missed. She is an excellent doctor and I felt safe in her care. I wish her a very happy retirement. All the best Dr. Brenda Jones!

Dr. Richen is fantastic. She has taken excellent care of me. Certainly kept my eyes under closer watch than any other physician I had before and gave me excellent vision after cataract surgery. I recently had an eye injury and she got me in immediately and made me the highest priority. This did take a lot of her time that was unscheduled. She came in to do surgery on my eye even though she was not scheduled for surgery and corrected the problem, though it was not easy. I cannot say enough good things about her. I am highly grateful to her! The best!!!

Wonderful eye doctor with top credentials and very well-trained, courteous technicians and staff. By far the best eye care available in southern Utah. This visit I saw Dr. Shakoor, the top retinologist from Moran Eye Center. There is nowhere else in Southern Utah that offers this level of care.

Starting about 3 days ago, I experienced the dreaded shooting stars in my left eye when I'd blink. I thought I'd give it a day or two to correct itself, but it only got worse. Then the next day, it started with the even more dreaded cobweb floaters. I called Richens Eye Center, and they got me in early that same day to see Dr. May. Side note: (I had been a patient of Dr. Richens in 2013, and she performed my Lasix surgery and that has been excellent going on 12 years now and my experience with her and her staff was also 5 Stars.) Dr. May's staff from the front desk in, to the front desk out, were all very professional and easy to talk to which really helped make my visit more comfortable. Dr. May examined my eye and fortunately for me, it was my vitreous humor (liquid within the eyeball) was a little dry, and again, fortunately it appears to be only a minor problem for now. Dr. May was very professional, had an excellent bedside manner and I left with a great deal of confidence once again, in him and his staff. With my experiences there, I highly recommend them. An easy 5 Starz all day long.
