I had gotten conjunctivitis in my eye and they worked to get me in that day! It is a very nice, clean facility and all the staff from check in to check out was so nice and friendly. Dr. Albernaz was very personable and extremely knowledgeable, I actually felt comfortable asking questions which isn’t usually the case at a Dr.’s office. I found my new Optometrist!
Great service with great people
My 5:00 p.m. Tuesday emergency was met with totally professional and compassionate care.
In and out in 30 minutes!
Excellent service. Dr. reviewed eyes, glasses and moved reading area lower at no additional cost. Wonderful staff and service.
Amazing staff! Went in as a recommendation from the ER with my son who had a very serious unknown eye problem. My son is special needs and Dr. Richens was wonderful. She found the problem and got us in for surgery immediately. We will definitely be back!
We’ve been seeing the eye doctors here since 2021 and have had zero problems But this last visit my husband and I both tried to give them our eye ins information and we were told it would be filed under our medical, this was said even before any exam and diagnosis. I explained the ins carrier we had and that they’ve always billed them. But the front desk didn’t want to hear that. It was going under our medical and that was it. So after our visits they billed our medical which has left us both with large co- payments as they amounts were applied to each of deductibles. I have found out that each of us had a medical diagnoses that would allow them to bill medical instead of our eye ins carrier. I have found out that we both have an under writers plan for some medical diagnoses and mine was covered at 100% if they had just called and or listened to us at time of appointments. But the biggest problem that I have is that when I booked these appointments they asked if we still had our VSP plan and I informed them yes. At that time they made our appointment knowing the Dr they scheduled us with wasn’t part of our plan. If they had informed we would’ve chosen someone in our plan. So I strongly believe that in order to be paid for our services they needed to have a medical diagnosis. My husbands was a new diagnosed condition but mine was diagnosed several yrs ago. So nothing new there but that diagnosis allowed them to bill medical so the doctor could be paid. I will not be going back to their office as we feel it was a bait and switch and that they weren’t honest with us.
