Very satisfied

I had a great experience with Richen’s eye center. The office itself is really nice and the staff are fantastic. My eye sight was terrible, near -9 with astigmatisms, and my eyes were not a good fit for LASIK. So I had the ICL surgery on both of my eyes. I am now 8 months out from surgery and my eyesight is a little better than 20/20. It’s a Miracle! I have no discomfort, dryness, or glare issue with my eyes now. And that is saying something because I live in the desert and it is very dry. The surgery center was very clean and Dr Richens absolutely knows what she is doing. She is calm, professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. I felt comfortable with the surgery because I trusted her professionalism. She did the ICL surgery on both of my eyes on the same day. I was given an IV with medication to keep me really calm so I really can’t remember much at all of the surgery. Post surgery my eyes were only slightly uncomfortable. I was just really sensitive to light and everything was cloudy for a few days. I did see a light halo when I looked at lights for a couple months but that has completely cleared up and was expected. I 10/10 recommend Dr Richens and Richens eye center ! And if you are considering the ICL surgery, I would recommend it as it has been a great experience for me.

Sharon Richens has been my eye Dr. for many years and it is very important to me as I have diabetes2. She has always been very diligent in keeping me informed, keeping all the tests necessary and up to date and I have the utmost respect for her and have tried getting my friends to understand the importance of a good eye Dr. I could not recommend anyone more highly when it comes to personal concern and care than Dr. Sharon Richens. Recently discovering the need for shots in my eyes yet terrified at the thought, she took the time to sit, explain each step, all the pros and cons. I have had two appointments and each time she herself is the same. I won't change
