Great customer care from the entire staff!

Dr. Jones was a dream come true. One visit and she diagnosed what was going on with my eyes. Her staff was professional friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever, got my prescription wrong, when I asked for a refund on November 15, it never came, On December 11, I went to St. George store and learned they sent my check of $133.45 to somebody in Kanab, UT, where I have never lived. They apologized and said they would correct the mistake. Today, a week later, I called to find when I would get a refund and told it might take until January until they can cut me a check. So I guess when they want money upfront, I pay like always, but when they owe me money, it can take a month or two

I was able to get in last minute at the end of the year. Dr Albernaz and his staff are very informative and patient, highly recommend him and his staff for your eye care needs
