They must double book appointments as the waiting period was unbelievable. The customer before me left because they couldn’t wait any longer. I finally asked, after 25 minutes, if there was a reason for slowness. She could only tell me there were 2 in front of me. Another 20 minutes went by and still not called back. No apologies, no acknowledgment they were running behind and why. I guess they are so popular and busy they don’t have to worry about getting or keeping clients. I will be looking for another eye care center. Their software for check in was also down. 53 minute wait!
