Worst experience ever, got my prescription wrong, when I asked for a refund on November 15, it never came, On December 11, I went to St. George store and learned they sent my check of $133.45 to somebody in Kanab, UT, where I have never lived. They apologized and said they would correct the mistake. Today, a week later, I called to find when I would get a refund and told it might take until January until they can cut me a check. So I guess when they want money upfront, I pay like always, but when they owe me money, it can take a month or two
