Doctors are good, and staff is friendly and efficient, but waiting times even with an appointment are excessive.

Everyone, and I mean everyone was kind, helpful, happy and smiling. What a wonder office. Kudos for the staff and Dr Richens. She was so knowledgeable, kind respectful and caring. I know that me and my eyes are in the best hands in Southern Utah!

Trustworthy. Listens. Explains everything easily.

Said lab word would be sent to IHC. Got there the next day. They didn’t have it. They contacted you. They didn’t get anywhere. I called, said the couldn’t locate the person to see why it wasn’t there. Left, went home, the lab called later, they finally got a text for the order. I had to go back in to have it done. I had asked for a paper copy and was told they would send it in. Not to prompt or efficient.

Dr Jones was so very pleasant, thorough and explained every detail to me. She did not rush through the appt nor make me feel I was just a file #. I highly recommend her and Richens Eye Ctr. Great care.
