Very good attention and explanation.

First time I ever used them. New insurance I now have Eye care. They were very professional. Enjoyed the experience and it was nice to have an MD to look at my eyes

I missed my appointment time but the staff worked me in with little delay. The technician was competent and the optometrist finished the exam promptly. He had several suggestions for solving my problems.

This place is beyond terrible. Two years ago I went on to be tested for an eye disease. They ran the tests then the Dr. Himself called to tell me that I DID NOT have the eye disease. Fast forward to now. I'm hoping to get PRK done to correct my vision. I wanted to take in my test results to my new Dr from two years ago showing them I didn't have Keratoconus. I pull up my chart and it says that I do have keratoconus. It also states that they informed me of this and told me what steps to take next. I tried calling and emailing, and no one has given me an answer. The dr says I don't have it, my file says I do. It seems so simple for someone to just go read my scans again and give me a definitive answer, but they are all too incompetent to do this. And if in fact I do and they read me the wrong results, that means I've been living untreated for 2 years with an eye disease all because they can't get their facts straight! DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr Waggoner and staff provided me with outstanding service. I highly recommend Richens Eye Center for your eye care.

Dr was wonderful. But service seems to have ended there! They said they called (my phone’s set to send numbers not recognized directly to voicemail), they left no message! They were ready 2 weeks ago, I called and found out. I picked up today, only to find out one of two pair were ready. The second pair frames were there but no lenses (sunglasses). Had to ask about a case. $1200+ dollars and you have to ask for a case! Wow what service, not!
