I’ve been going to Richens Eye Center nearly since they opened. My family and I have always been treated with the highest level of kindness and skilled professionalism. So grateful to have this caliber of care in southern Utah!

I reached out in the morning due to my eye being painful, swollen, and red. They accommodated me with a same-day appointment, which was incredibly helpful. The doctor was wonderful—kind, attentive, and thorough. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and answered every question I had. He prescribed medication, and by the time I left, my prescription was ready at the pharmacy. Exceptional service—definitely 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very unprofessional group. Called during business hours, and no customer service to answer the phone. We left our and they never had the courtesy nor professionalism to call back. Outrageous and professional behavior. Avoid this company at any cost
