Excellent customer service!

We had such a wonderful experience taking our 8 year old here. The staff was kind, efficient, and informative. We didn’t feel nickel-and-dimed as we have with other eye centers. So glad we found Richens!

Professional, thorough and ready to explain reasons & procedures for any treatment I have needed over the last 16 or 17 years. Also personable with a good sense of humor. We are fortunate to have Dr. Richens in our community.

Dr. May is amazing, cares for his patients and keep me informed of all that is going on with my eyes. I have been seeing Dr. May for some time and he is always professional and friendly and shows concern from my needs.

My 92 yr. old mother has had many problems with her eyes through the years. At this point she is legally blind. The staff and Dr. May made her feel so good at her appointment. The patience and kindness was very appreciated by her.

I am new to the area and have complicated eye issues. I was impressed with the whole experience here. Dr. Jones did an extensive examination , the staff was helpful and professional. This will definitely be the place I will come for my eye appointments. I recommend them without hesitation.
