Great people and a great Doctor.

My wife and I love Richen’s eye center. This time my P As I as Lauren. Not only is she great st what she does she is very patient and upbeat. As always Dr. Gibb as always been great at explaining my results. This time I had 3 issues he addressed and did it succinctly I could understand. We are so grateful for our care team at Richen’s eye center

My husband and I both see Dr. Wagner and he is excellent! We have also seen Dr. richens. Five stars for them! One star or minus one for billing! Sent check to pay bill and it was returned to us no explanation. Called, left messages, no call back, now bill collection charging daily interest. Ugh! “Out of our hands” is the word from Richens. Really??? This is not okay. Why not return calls or explain why check was returned before collection agency? Now help us resolve. As much as we like your services, this leaves a bad taste. Shall we go elsewhere?

I see Dr. Richens. She is very thorough and professional. I can recommend her to anyone and I know you'll be pleased.

Everyone I have dealt with at Richens Eye Center in all the years of exams and corrective actions has been wonderful and caring about my eye sight. Sharon Richens is the most knowledgeable eye physician I have ever met. She has the ability and desire to define your issues and or workings of your eyes in very understandable conversation.

Outstanding service and charming people.

I must say, I was a little apprehensive about someone cutting up my eyes, but everybody involved was/is extremely professional and super competent... just a really great experience, if you can say that about eye surgery.
