There has been a vast improvement in reduction of waiting time. The young lady that was there to check us in was very personable and a joy to speak with. This also includes those that were in the exam rooms. Dr. May knows what he is doing. He instills confidence.

I have a very busy work schedule that is also very unpredictable. Richens eye center has been so amazingly accommodating. They have opened their schedule beyond their usual times to "work me in". Then when I get there they are always warm and helpful and so professional. I highly recommend these consummate professionals for your eye care!

Not worth the absurdly long waits for the MD. It just reflects their disrespect for patient’s time. The doc is not the center of the universe

My appointment was a routine recheck up following cataract surgery I saw Dr. May and a couple of the medical assistants. They were, for me, typically professional and thorough and very friendly and interactive. And that is how they have been on every visit I have had at Richens eye Center. I have much confidence in their ability and the services that they provide as a function of my experiences.

I have been a patient of Richens Eye Center for some 20 years. To a person, from Dr Richens and Dr Reed on down, this is a first class eye care operation. Highly recommend!

Dr. Richens and her staff are amazing! The only thing I don't like about going to see her is that my appointments usually take 3 hours from start to finish. today I waited 20 minutes before they called me into to do some testing of my eyes. when that was done I waited 40 minutes in a room with a closed door to see Dr. Richens. She is wonderful and I will not change eye specialists but she needs to allow more time for each patient..

My visit to Richen's Eye Center was really nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and my examination was thorough and the Doctor explained to me what was going on with my eyes. I would recommend this place is a good place to get your eyes done and have new glasses and they had a nice variety of frames.
