I thought I would try them for my annual eye exam. When I checked out I was told I needed to pay $35 for the refraction (my prescription) as medicare would not pay for that. I have been to two other eye doctors in the past using my Medicare and they gladly gave me a copy of my prescription free of charge. Then I had to go to their in-house optical shop to pick up the prescription and of course listen to them trying to sell me glasses which I did not want from them. Upon receiving the final bill they charged $500 for the same kind of eye exam I have received in the past for about $200. I won't be returning.

With excellent, well-qualified physicians and staff and state of the art equipment, this is unquestionably the best eye clinic in southern Utah.

I've been returning for the past 3 years and always experienced a friendly, helpful staff at Richens Eye Center. I recommend them for all things to do with Eye Health.

Dr. Jones was knowledgeable, informative. Explained everything in detail. Very pleased with her.

This place is the worst, nothing but billing problems since day #1. They are not helpful in resolving disputes but are very happy sending disputed accounts to collection. I strongly do not recommend this business.
