Great experience with excellent care and professionalism by all who were involved in my care. Very satisfied.

After a couple of months for my scheduled appointment it didn’t happen. My appointment was for 1:50p. At 2p I asked at the reception desk how late getting into the inner sanctum would be. Told approx at least 20 minutes. I made the decision to leave. Perhaps the person scheduled about that time would be on time. A nice patient CARE would be advise the waiting patient that there is delay. But, that didn’t happen or a call to recognize that disregard of a patient waiting. I was there ten minutes early. Wonder how 10 minutes late by the patient works out?

Dr. Karon is very professional and answers all my questions. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great experience.

Richens eye center is a very good place to help you with your vision. I’ve always had very good professional service there. Dr Richen's and Dr Shakoor are excellent and I highly recommend them.
