Great customer service with the help desk, the technicians and Doctor were awesome! I didn’t even have to ask for certain things, it was like he read my mind! Excited to have a permanent home with Richens Eye Center.

The technicians and Doctor are thorough and professional. It appears they have all the latest technology to check and test your vision.

One change I would like to make for the Eye Center is for it to invest in a TonoPen to check eye pressure. I have scarring in one eye and it's difficult to get an accurate pressure reading.

I thought I would try them for my annual eye exam. When I checked out I was told I needed to pay $35 for the refraction (my prescription) as medicare would not pay for that. I have been to two other eye doctors in the past using my Medicare and they gladly gave me a copy of my prescription free of charge. Then I had to go to their in-house optical shop to pick up the prescription and of course listen to them trying to sell me glasses which I did not want from them. Upon receiving the final bill they charged $500 for the same kind of eye exam I have received in the past for about $200. I won't be returning.
