Dr. Richens and her staff are amazing! The only thing I don't like about going to see her is that my appointments usually take 3 hours from start to finish. today I waited 20 minutes before they called me into to do some testing of my eyes. when that was done I waited 40 minutes in a room with a closed door to see Dr. Richens. She is wonderful and I will not change eye specialists but she needs to allow more time for each patient..

My visit to Richen's Eye Center was really nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and my examination was thorough and the Doctor explained to me what was going on with my eyes. I would recommend this place is a good place to get your eyes done and have new glasses and they had a nice variety of frames.

Richen's Eye Center is a world class center with only the best doctors, nurses and technicians. They are up to the minute on new technologies and proven techniques. What you thought or were told by other providers about your vision may or may not be the best information. When it comes to your eyes and your eyesight, only the best is good enough.

Dr Waggoner diagnosed my presenting problem and took action to correct it. He was friendly, professional and thorough.

Moved down here three years ago. This is my second pair of glasse. I have bought from them. The ladies have taken great care in helping me put together what I wanted in glasses.

I was a particularly difficult patient because I had eye damage from RK back in the 90's (in SLC); but Dr. Richens was the only Doctor who was willing to put me on the road wellness. Long road to fix my issues but outstanding results and service above and beyond anything ever anticipated. Thank you Dr. Richens and staff!
