I would have given six stars but I had some issues with scheduling due to shortage of doctors. The wait was long was long everybody there was very nice and helpful

They make me fill confident in the decisions of what directions are needed and those that may be able to wait. They do a great job.

Dr May and his staff were nice enough at first, and then when we were in the room he got very angry that we were asking questions and told us to stop talking. So we did, and when he was done we asked our questions. Later that day his receptionist called and cancelled our surgery that we had already travelled 5 hours there for saying that the doctor didn’t want to work on someone who asked so many questions. A good Dr invites questions. A scared, unprepared Dr drops patients when they ask questions about a serious procedure they are about to have. Do. Not. Recommend.

Quick and kind even though I was late.

My mother who is elderly and winters in mesquite had the unfortunate experience of going to this hack job. She has single vision prescription and wanted transition lenses. She mistakenly said progressive lenses and was charged $1000. When she told then it was the wrong prescription, she was told that they would get her the correct prescription, that is exponentially cheaper, but give no refund of the remaining balance. They said they don't give refunds in prescriptions because nobody else can use them..Well she was given the wrong prescription. There is no progressive prescription for single vision. There's nothing to progress to or from.Very poor customer service and taking advantage of senior citizens should not be tolerated!!!!!
