First appointment was simple, quick and fact filled. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and kind.

I arrived for my appointment, checked and with in minutes I was called back to start the exam. The staff was great. The Dr Karren was excellent. He explained in detail my options on several different things. I was in and out in less then an hour for a full eye exam.

Everyone was so nice. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything well. They took the time to make sure i explored all my options when choosing new frames

The office staff is awesome! Someone in the waiting room was feeling faint and the receptionist went out of his way to offer water and snacks. Thank you so much for caring! Oh and my first time patient Mom reports that her injections for mac degen were painless, even the deadening shots.

My visit was great everyone was very prompt and professional in moving me from one room to the next. Dr. Shakoor was very cordial, friendly and professional. He put me at ease and I knew immediately that I was in good hands.

After an error, they immediately resolved the problem with no cost to me. They were very accommodating.

Staff were very friendly. My Dr was very knowledgeable. I was shown pictures of my eyes and was given an explanation of what was found during my exam. The office was very clean. Rest rooms were very clean.
